Sash Media Group is a creative powerhouse that provides music production and record label services to artists in the US and LATAM. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Sash Media Group was founded by Grammy-winning producer and artist Samuel Ash. Samuel has worked with hip hop royalty like 2 Chainz, T.I., Kendrick Lamar, Young Jeezy, J.Cole, and more.
Being a new record label, Sash Media Group needed a cost-effective way to create and manage all their contracts without spending thousands of dollars on billable hours.
“As artists and producers ourselves, we understand the importance of doing things right and being transparent to protect our relationships. We also know that hiring a veteran industry lawyer can be prohibitively expensive, particularly at such an early stage. Sash Media Group needed to draft the master contract they will be using with their artists in both Spanish and English. Their actual business model doesn’t fit any traditional contract, so they had to design their own agreement with their specific requirements.
