GLIZZYGVNG is an independent record label from Puerto Rico, focused on urban and trap music. They represent artists such as Pressure9x19, Slayter, and YOVNGCHIMI, who collectively attract over 9 million monthly listeners.

The Challenge:

Marena Nogueras, contract manager for GLIZZYGVNG, struggled with the manual, time-consuming process of drafting and managing split sheets. She had to input or copy/paste key metadata like Writer's Name, IPI, Society, Percentage Share, and Publisher's details for each split sheet. Once drafted, the contracts were uploaded to a Drive, converted to PDFs, signed via DocuSign, and re-uploaded to the Drive. This inefficient process, repeated for multiple contracts, consumed hours and risked potential errors
